Meet Lindsey Weaver: Bryn Mawr Rehab’s New Art Therapist Transforming Care Through Creativity


We are thrilled to welcome Lindsey Weaver, ATR-BC, LPC, to the Main Line Health family as our new art therapist! Lindsey brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and compassion to her role, helping patients harness the power of art to heal and thrive. Her unique blend of experience, from working in oncology to supporting neurodivergent children, ensures she is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact on those we serve.
Lindsey Weaver, ATR-BC, LPC, is a board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor. She earned her master’s degree in creative arts therapy from Hofstra University and her bachelor’s degree in visual arts from The Pennsylvania State University.
Lindsey has extensive experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings with individuals of all ages and a variety of diagnoses. Most recently, she worked in adult oncology at the University of Miami Health Systems. Lindsey takes an eclectic approach when working with patients, tailoring her methods to best meet their needs.
In addition to her role at Main Line Health, Lindsey serves as an outpatient art therapist, specializing in children with neurodivergent challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family in her hometown of Harrisburg and exploring her new city, Philadelphia. In the warmer months, Lindsey loves going to the beach and collecting seashells. Her preferred art medium is always evolving, but at the moment, she enjoys working with ink pens.
