Lankenau Medical Center Labor and Delivery Campaign

Lankenau Medical Center has launched a critical initiative to refresh its Labor and Delivery Unit. Since the last renovation nearly 20 years ago, we seek to enhance the staff support station, labor rooms, physician resource room, locker rooms, and the surrounding patient environment through technology upgrades and renovations to provide the best care in the most efficient and comfortable manner for patients, and to continue to attract top Obstetric and Gynecologic physicians, residents, and staff. Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR) upgrades

A hub for innovative medical research, LIMR is undergoing a series of renovations to maintain its state-of-the-art facilities. Capital projects include updates to several shared areas that are original to the building for enhanced safety and usability. Needed equipment upgrades include an update to the BD FACS Aria III, a cell sorter that enables the isolation of specific populations of cells for experiments. Another high priority need is the purchase of the Azure Bio 600, an imaging system used to analyze DNA and proteins that would replace outdated equipment and provide better quality data and images for publications and grants.

Contributions from community members help accelerate LIMR’s ability to make these and other needed improvements, enabling our renowned scientists to continue driving groundbreaking advances.

Bryn Mawr Hospital outpatient site in Devon

Bryn Mawr Hospital is seizing a development opportunity to build a new outpatient site in Devon that will offer essential services including X-Ray, MRI, ultrasound, CT, physical therapy, labs and primary care. This investment expands Main Line Health's footprint along the route 30 corridor, making our services more convenient for community members. It will also significantly enhance patient navigation and accessibility, respond to growing demand for cardiac MRI imaging and address the instability of independent primary care practices in the region.

Efforts are underway to raise $1 million for the new Devon site, which will provide critical capital for renovations and state-of-the-art medical equipment. This investment will allow Bryn Mawr Hospital to deliver high-quality, accessible care in a modern, community-based setting, strengthening both its service to patients and its long-term sustainability.

Equipment and technology upgrades at Paoli Hospital

The Equipment and Technology fund keeps Paoli at the forefront of care by supporting the latest medical innovations, like mobile ultrasounds and advanced surgical robots, such as the latest minimally invasive da Vinci robot. As a result, patients benefit from shorter hospital stays, faster recovery times and an overall enhanced experience.

Given the current healthcare fiscal environment, donations from our friends in the community for essential technology investments help us care for our patients in an efficient, timely manner.
Riddle Hospital Ambulance

Ambulances at Riddle Hospital

Nearly 40 years ago, Riddle Hospital's EMS Unit was launched with one ambulance loaned by the Lima Ambulance Service to support fire companies in the surrounding communities. Now, Riddle Hospital's EMS Unit provides 24-hour emergency coverage in response to dispatched 911 calls for the following local municipalities: Concord, Middletown, Media, Newtown, and many others in the Delaware County region.

The award-winning service is currently relying on aging vehicles and needs to purchase two van-style ambulances and a special resource ambulance equipped to transport bariatric patients. Given the current health care fiscal environment, donations from our friends in the community for essential investments such as new ambulances at Riddle Hospital help us care for our patients in the most efficient, timely manner. Thank you for considering a donation to this key project.

Creative arts at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital

Elevating the Creative Arts Therapy Program to new heights necessitates vital endowment support. The endowment is instrumental in supporting the Art and Music Therapy programs, contributing to therapist positions, extending treatment hours for patients, and supplying essential resources and supplies for therapists. This encompasses patient activity resources, support group provisions, and various other necessities. The strategic aim is to fully endow the Creative Arts Therapy Program, ensuring the Foundation maintains perpetual funding dedicated specifically to this invaluable initiative.

HomeCare & Hospice

HomeCare & Hospice is dedicated to enriching quality of life for patients whose independence and dignity can best be preserved by receiving health care services and products in the home. Because third party reimbursement covers only part of the cost of home care, hospice and palliative care, charitable support provided by committed friends and donors can make a real difference.
