Employee Appreciation Fund: Investing in Those Who Care

Our employees are the driving force behind the exceptional care delivered at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Through support of the Employee Appreciation Fund, Bryn Mawr Hospital is investing in the dedicated nurses, technicians, support staff and other healthcare professionals who provide compassionate care to our community each day.

The Employee Appreciation Fund is utilized for professional development opportunities, employee recognition programs, and team-building initiatives that strengthen morale, foster engagement and enhance workplace culture. By investing in the well-being and growth of our caregivers, donors are helping Bryn Mawr Hospital attract and retain outstanding talent and ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.

One example of the Employee Appreciation Fund in action was this year's Annual Employee Summer Celebration. Hosted by the Bryn Mawr Hospital Recognition and Retention Committee, the event brought employees together for an afternoon of appreciation, team building and connection. Staff enjoyed games, refreshments and time with colleagues, while special treats were provided for all employees.
