Please join us in welcoming Steve Zarrilli, Michele Greco, and Chris McDermott, leaders in business, design, and community engagement who share a deep commitment to the transformative care provided at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital.
Steve Zarrilli
Before experiencing a stroke in 2019, Steve Zarrilli led some of the region’s most innovative organizations, including serving as CEO of the University City Science Center and Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Over his 35-year career, Steve has held leadership roles in technology, finance, and healthcare innovation, and continues to mentor young entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Drexel University. He’s also served on numerous nonprofit and educational boards, including La Salle University, his alma mater. Steve lives in Malvern with his wife, Carol, and their three children.
Michele Greco
Michele Greco is a creative force who blends art, design, and storytelling to craft striking visual experiences. As Creative Director for Acero Precision and Altus Spine, she leads design strategy across branding, marketing, and product design for two cutting-edge medical device companies. Outside of work, Michele brings her imagination to life through illustration, drawing inspiration from mythology, fashion, and global cultures. A lifelong artist raised outside Philadelphia, Michele enjoys traveling, cooking, and relaxing with her husband and two cats.
Chris McDermott
Chris McDermott brings decades of banking experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Meridian Bank. Starting his career as a clerk right out of high school, Chris worked his way up through leadership roles in lending across the Philadelphia region. Known for his relationship-focused approach and deep community roots, Chris now serves businesses throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. He lives in Lansdale and works out of Meridian’s Blue Bell office.
