Project SEARCH graduation — September 16, 2025

On Tuesday evening, September 16, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital hosted Project SEARCH’s annual graduation celebration. We celebrated the 12 incredible participants who have completed the program’s internship rotations and secured gainful employment in the community.

Project SEARCH is a vocational rehabilitation program that supports adults with disabilities by helping them develop transferable work skills. Participants complete three 12-week internship rotations in departments aligned with their interests and strengths. After completing their rotations, participants enter the job development phase, where they work one-on-one with our dedicated jobm coaches to identify and apply for positions that match their skills and career goals. Support continues for up to four months after employment begins, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.

Last night we proudly honored the following graduates:

  • Timothy Buckman
  • Daniel Custer
  • Timothy Donohue
  • Dana Gabriel
  • Patrick Greenlee
  • Lukasz Jampoler
  • Brooke Kelley
  • Jonathan McNally
  • Haydon Miller-Swatski
  • John Shea
  • Dinesh Taylor
  • Sophia Vila

We look forward to the upcoming program year, as we will be celebrating 15 years of Project SEARCH at Bryn Mawr Rehab and Main Line Health!

2025 Bryn Mawr Rehab Auxiliary Designer Bag Bingo

The Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Auxiliary hosted its much-anticipated Designer Bag Bingo on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Villa Maria Academy High School. The event was a wonderful success, bringing together an enthusiastic crowd for an afternoon of friendly competition, community spirit, and of course, plenty of excitement over the chance to win designer handbags.

This year’s Designer Bag Bingo welcomed over 100 guests, all of whom enjoyed a lively and fun-filled night in support of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. Thanks to the incredible generosity of participants and supporters, the event raised an impressive $11,392, directly benefiting patient programs and services at Bryn Mawr Rehab.

Laughter, cheers, and smiles filled the room as attendees marked their cards and hoped their numbers would be called. Beyond the prizes, the event was a heartwarming reminder of the Auxiliary’s dedication and the community’s commitment to making a difference.

The Auxiliary extends its gratitude to all who attended, volunteered, and supported this year’s event. The success of Designer Bag Bingo would not have been possible without your participation, and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
