Project SEARCH 2024 class

Thanks to your generosity, Project SEARCH at Bryn Mawr Rehab is helping young adults with disabilities build skills, confidence and pathways to meaningful employment. Today, we're thrilled to share an exciting achievement that you helped make possible.

The Project SEARCH program has been honored with the Excellent Employment Outcomes Award for its 2024-2025 intern cohort. This prestigious recognition is awarded to sites where 70% or more of interns secure competitive, integrated employment, meeting the highest standards for Project SEARCH employment outcomes.

This accomplishment reflects the life-changing opportunities made possible by supporters like you. Your investment in Project SEARCH helps provide interns with hands-on workplace experiences, individualized coaching and the tools they need to succeed both professionally and personally.

The success of this year's cohort was also made possible through the dedication of our outstanding job coaches, Tim Kemmler, Orla Mackle, Ruth Basler and Patricia Kelly, who work tirelessly to guide and support interns throughout their journey.

In addition, we are deeply grateful to the many Bryn Mawr Rehab departments, managers, mentors and colleagues who welcomed interns into their workplaces, creating meaningful learning experiences that foster growth, independence and confidence.
